From a Cocoon
I am very grateful for my journey in life, my family, my freinds
and all the other people along the way who have shared seconds, minutes, hours,
days, years or a lifetime. Lessons
have been many on my roller coaster ride and I have grown beyond my wildest
dreams. Everyday there are new
experiences and continuing growth.
For those who love me unconditionally, I thank you. For those who support me, I thank
you. For those who criticize and
judge me, look in your own mirror, it may be your own stuff.
Born of Celtic descent, I was raised
and educated in the suburbs of beautiful, cosmopolitan Montreal, Canada where I
lived in harmony with people of so many nationalities. Prior to having
children, I was an Explorer, Girl Guide, Brownie Pack
Leader and taught Sunday school. My careers were in the Banking, Communication,
Aviation, Pharmaceutical and Paper Industries as well
as a partnership in a Charter Travel Agency.
I moved with my young family to
California during the unrest and struggle in the province of Quebec in the
seventies ensuring my son and daughter the chance to maintain their freedom of
choice. While raising my two children, I volunteered as a Teachers’
Assistant and played an active role in their lives and the lives of their
friends. Without much choice, I went back into the corporate world, like
many women do, to help support the home.
Each career related to servicing
people and the community in some way or another as Management in the Printing
Industry, Sales in a Paper Mill and then owning my own business as an
Independent Paper Agent. There
always seemed to be something missing, I didn’t feel connected and I was
not always content with my professions. I am a `people person’, and
realized I inevitably attracted others who entrusted me, with their issues,
problems and secrets.
After much seeking, meditating, many
books, attending seminars, classes and studying, I realized my natural gift,
purpose and passion is in the healing realm and not in the corporate world at
all. The Universe has given me many wonderful gifts of which I am very
grateful.
I am a Certified Clinical
Hypnotherapist, graduating from Hypnosis Motivation Institute in 2000, and at
the time, the only accredited hypnosis school in the United States. I am
also certified in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Time Line™ Therapy,
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Guided Imagery, Handwriting Analysis and
Reiki Master.
I am passionate about my profession
and private practice Carlsbad CA. as a Hypnotherapist, using all of my
modalities. I receive many rewards when sharing my knowledge, and giving group
and private sessions.
Hypnosis is a Noninvasive, gentle and rapid therapy which will
change your life and give you self-empowerment. While your body
is in a deep state of calm and relaxation, your mind is alert,
aware, in complete control and open to all positive
suggestions to overcome obstacles in moving you forward in your life.
TAROT: Through meditation and
self-hypnosis, I have been able to connect with my spirit guides and have honed
my abilities in reading the Tarot Cards quite accurately for my many clients.
