Although Affirmations and
Mantras are powerful within themselves, some believe they manifest more quickly
by doing them at the same time daily. Remember, ‘Be careful what you ask
for because you may get it.’ When doing them, be very clear, stay
focused, say or write them with sincerity and feel from the core of your
being. Create an image by visualizing or imagining them as completed and
the emotions you will feel with the outcome. Never lose sight of the big
picture and give credit to the snapshots along the way. Move forward by
giving yourself permission to let go of limiting beliefs and send out positive
thoughts to bring in all that is positive back to you.
As we develop, so many
people, places and incidents influence our lives and our beliefs.
Although we try to maintain our strengths and values, we encounter glitches or
hurdles which nudge us off our track or path. We may get lost in other
peoples “stuff” forgetting about ourselves, including our own dreams and
goals. We have freedom of choice or ‘free will’ which no one can
take away from us. We are a product of our own doing and to change, we
must want to change.
